Hello, today I bought a second-hand Asus RX580 4GB. I installed all the drivers for the graphics card today and wanted to do a FurMark test. However, during the 1080 benchmark test, the image froze on the 3rd second, and then the display completely disappeared. The fans of the computer, the RGB lights of the motherboard, and the keyboard lights were working fine, but there was no display at all. I waited almost 5 minutes for the display to come back, but it didn’t, and I had to forcibly shut down the computer. After this test, I ran the FurMark test once more, and this time there was no issue. However, since I still wasn’t sure, I tested it one more time, and the same issue occurred again. All the components are working, but there’s no display. What could be the reason for this issue?

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Try using DDU in Safe Mode, removing all GPU drivers(Intel, Nvidia and AMD), then manually reinstall the latest GPU driver sourced from AMD's support site in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

Hello sir "Rx580".

Believe me or not, AMD RX 4** and RX5** series is a relic of the past. They were mined to the bone.
You should have ask seller for check this GPU and maybe have some warranty to test it out.
Often issues with this videocards which is impossible to find not mined. (Except for the high price in new condition which is taking away the reason of buying it, because being budget)
1. GPU failure, also called "GPU dump"
2. VRAM failure, same "VRAM dump", where graphics memory is dying.
3. others issues such as VRM failure, and all descendants.

However, for number 2. if VRAM is not artifacting (yet), and you can run this GPU normally before running a load, try to decrease memory frequency in something like MSI afterburner.
This happens because of worn out memory which can't hold even manufacturer frequencies already.

For number 1, you can try undervolting if possible, and decreasing operating frequency of GPU itself.

Remember, it's still a junkyard card, don't expect a reliable companion for centuries in that pricing.

Same cathegory opens a loved yet risky cards such as: RX5700XT, GTX 10 Series, GTX 1080 Ti and 1080 especially, 2060 and 2060 super (mostly Palit yellowish plastic cards), and some 30 series.

40 Series came out after all mining flashes. So they are 90% safe to buy second hand. But they can be not really budget friendly.
