Can I play DX 12 API games on DX 11.2 API.

I have Core i5 - 4GB RAM - Nvidia Quadro 2000 1GB 128bit GDDR5 graphic card. I want to play new games on Microsoft store which require Direct X 12 API and hardware feature level 11. As in the attached image URL, I do have have feature level 11 but not the API. Apart from ram being low is there any way to play this game on my graphic card with some tweaking or so ?
It says that my graphic card does not meet the minimum requirements when I try to launch the game.

What about the feature level I atleast got that ?

Doesn't really matter. Assuming that's Halo Wars 2 -- sorry, it's late and the screenshots are small -- that's a DX12 exclusive game. Unless they tweak the game, it's a bit like wanting to run Nintendo cartridges in a Sega Genesis.
