Can I play F1 2019/2020 on this computer? (Even if it's on the very low)

CPU Intel Pentium G645 2.9GHZ (Dual Core)
GPU Sapphire Radeon R7 250 1GB GDDR5 1050MHZ
RAM Generic 8GB DDR3 1333MHZ

Solution
The cpu doesn't meet the suggested minimum, which is for 720p - I forget exactly what the fps and graphics target is for that; somewhere around 30-60fps and medium-high graphics eye candy.
The recommended one is usually 1080p 60fps at high settings.
The ram should meet the minimum, but it should be dual channel, not single, or else the cpu will be choked on memory bandwidth.
The gpu barely meets the minimum.

It won't be smooth at all.
