Sure. First off, You'll want to search online to get a general idea of what your CPU can achieve through overclocking.
What you want to do is go into your BIOS, which is your motherboard settings by pressing f2 or the corresponding key it prompts you with. (It can differ).
through the bios you can change your BCLK (Base clock) and CPU multiplier, which determines how many Ghz your CPU will output. You should ALWAYS keep your BCLK at 100, which is default, as if it goes higher it gets unstable.
As an example, if your CPU multiplier is 35, your CPU will run at 3.5ghz. Keep in mind...

To get a good answer, please post your computer specifications.

Imo this should get you around the 60-80 mark on high settings 1080p in most games. For those more intensive such as GTA V you might need to go for a medium-high setting mix. SLI 960s gets you in the GTX 970 range reference card wise, so this should be fine. If need be you could OC your CPU a little if you aren't hitting the desired frame rate.

Download CPU-Z and follow this guide. You will need to run stress tests in a program called prime95 for a period of time to determine if the clock is stable.
You may also need a cheap third party CPU fan or cooler to keep it at lower temps. I suggest the Hyper 212 Evo if you can get your hands on one.
TLDR: Follow this guide and you should be good to go. http://www.pcgamer.com/how-to-overclock-your-cpu-processor/
