Can I play games with an iPad (second monitor)?

Can I play games (Euro Truck Simulator 2, specifically) stretched across two monitors (iPad)?

Do you want an extra screen to see the road on & that stuff? Or you want to monitor your speed & that kind of things?
For the second you can download iHud (I dont know if it will work with ETS2). For the first one I don't know if it's possible.
