Can i play gta 5 on intel hd graphocs 630?

My pc is dell vostro 3268
Specs
Intel core i3 7100
Intel hd 630 graphics
Dual channel ddr4 ram 2400mhz
1 s hynix
2 adata
Seagate 7200rpm hdd
Windows 10 home 64 bit

For first 6-7 min i get above 45 fps on low setting with 1366 X 768 resolution but after game fps drops to around 10 and it lags terribly

Yes, but FPS won't be very good unless you use low settings.

i use low settings only resolution is high
But problem is that even at medium setting i get above 40 fps but after some minutes game became to stutter and lags terribely. When it start to lag gpu usage falls down to 20 to 30 %

Try setting the W10 power plan to high performance.
