Can i play GTA 5???

I want to buy a laptop so i was wondering Could i run GTA V on this ???

PROCESOR: Intel Core i5-4200M 2.5GHz -FOURTH generation (turbo UP TO 3.1GHz, 3MB cache, 22nm, 37W,) GRAPHICS: Intel HD 4600 (1.7 GB) + nVIDIA GeForce 710M (2 GB) RAM: 4 GB

AND THIS :

PROCESSOR: A6 Quad core 4x 1.40GHz RAM: 8GB
GRAPHICS: AMD RADEON HD 6520G 512Mb + AMD RADEON HD 7400 1GB

Sorry but I don't think either is powerful enough to play GTA V.

CPU I5 ok Gpu not , sorry running GTA 5 is not for you until you change the GPU(s).

Sorry but on either system GTA will not run

(Yes i'm aware that for the second PC the dual graphics is incorrect however only slightly, won't make a lot of difference on the result.)
