[SOLVED] Can I play GTA V and Fortnite with this super cheap pc?

So I was wondering if I could play these games with these specs:

• 8GB DDR2 800mhz
• Core 2 Quad Q9550
• GTX 770 Windforce 2GB

Just seeing if my old computer is capable lol

GTAV yes I think it should be fine.... Fortnight is asking quite a lot, it will run but the cpu is going to struggle when a lot is going on. The graphics card is plenty for both games.
