Question Can I play GTA v

My specs are 8gb ram and a6 6400k processor with hd8470d graphic card which is 768mb and I want to ask can i increase graphic memory in bios to 2gb or 1gb will it improve performance? I can play DBC 17 on high settings

You can get a used 1050ti and a fx8350 for around 7-8k in india.
Or
A gt 710 with a fx 6300 at 3-5k rs in India.
Just look up on olx.
Buying these will make you run it.
Otherwise no option
As your cpu and graphics both are weak and are not made for gaming.
Gtx 710 used 2gb one cost around 2-2.5k rs in india
And a fx 6300 2-3k in india

Don't waste more money on a gt 710 is not much better than your current GPU. For GTA V get atleast a gtx 750 or a gt 1030.

Fx 6300 is a cpu which is needed to run the gta as yours is weak.

Gt710 goes for $40-$60usd, but again it'll be wasted money and is not good enough for GTA. Listen to what the others are telling you. Save up your cash and buy proper components if you want to try and run this game.

Some people have to learn the hard way which is why I suggested buying it from a place with a return policy. So once they see for themselves it won't be playable they can atleast get their money back.

Hey everybody I am going to buy graphic card but can u give solutions to my problems that are- 1 will a computer engineer install graphic drivers without cd coz my pc does not have DVD writer 2 after installing bnew gpu if my computer start using intergreted instead

I haven't used a optical drive to install a driver for years. You can download the driver from the GPU manufacture(AMD or Nvidia).

Even if you buy a better GPU your CPU is still too weak to run gta. A gt 710 is still low tier but better.
