-I3 gen 7 ,2.3gh
-radeon graphics 530 , 2 gb vram
-8 gb ram ddr4

You should be able to. Your system meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements. Don't ask about what kind of FPS to expect because we have no way of knowing what else is running on your system.
