Its better not to estimate at which settings you can play it on if you could even play it, due to Ubisoft not optimizing the game well.
Wait for the next patch and it should get fixed.
There will be benchmarks on the game and that way they will answer your question.

A 560ti should get about 50fps on low detail 720p and 40 fps at 1080p
