Can i play lol with this pc?

With that pc you will struggle to even run games all the way back from 2005. So now lol cannot be played on it. I recommend you get a new pc if you want to play it as if you want to upgrade this to make it playable you'll end up wasting money.

Actually, I could play lol on that pc with 25-30 fps!

I have similar fujitsu machines core2duo e5500 3.0 Ghz with 2gb ddr3 gma 4500. You ram is a big problem, get more ram and you could play LOL, Counter strike 1.6, starcraft, warcraft3, Red alert 2, stronghold, conquest frontier wars, sied meirs alpha centauri, minecraft (barely, if u have openGL 2.5+) and some other old games.
Sure you have old crappy system, i guess you cant spend money and want to play old games, nothing wrong here, lots of good old games You could also get graphic card like gt 730 or r7 240, with that (and 4gb of ram) you could play even more games just fine. Those graphic cards are dirt cheap on used market

Thank you all for your answers.But i dont have to worry for that old pc,because i got new laptop! it is soooo much better than that was.
