Can i play top games at full settings with this build?

Just finished my first build, and want to know if it's good enough to play like battlefield 4, cod ghosts, skyrim or any current game like that at full settings. or what would i need to do so

amd fx 8350 4.0 ghz, ASUS M5A99FX PRO, GTX 680 2 gddr5, 600w PSU, 12 gb RAM, windows 7 64 bit home premium, I tried "upgrading" to windows 8 and it just screwed everything up so i reverted back.

Yes. But if getting a GTX 680, wait for 8 series or the GTX 780.
