What about on high settings? Would it still be smooth?

Probably not higher than 40-45 FPS I'd imagine. Depends if you mind playing below 60 fps much.

It actually depends solely on what resolution you're gaming at?

720p you should max it out, and at 1080p i'd say medium 60fps and high a very playable 30fps-45fps
