Rigth now I have a 3pin fan and my board has a 4 pin conector.

Can I use it?
Is there a y pros or cons?

Yes, you can connect a non-PWM (3-pin) fan into a 4-pin header. Not an issue in powering it.

What you lose is the automatic fan speed management offered by a 4-pin PWM fan. You can still adjust fan settings in your BIOS to prevent the 3-pin fan from running at 100% all of the time.
