Can I plug my fan in?

I bought a new case for my PC, the Dell Precision T1600. The case came with two 120mm fans with 3-pin connectors. I looked around my motherboard and couldn't find any 3-pin ports.

My questions are: Where our the 3-pin ports on my mother board? If my mother board doesn't have any 3-pin ports, is there any way I can plug the fans into my computer or maybe power supply? Is there a motherboard extension I can plug 3-pin connectors into?

My power supply is the Corsair CX430M.

I sure my motherboard has 3-pin ports, I'm probably just stupid and can't find any.

Need better pictures, or need the motherboard model number. You can connect the fans to your PSU by using 3 pin to 4 pin molex converter.
