Can I print using my phones hot spot

I have downloaded the app Eprint. I have an Hp 4635E wireless printer which says I can print from my phone. I could while connected to router at home but it won't work on the road with no wifi. If not hotspot can I use USB? I don't have a computer anymore. That may have been a mistake.

Without knowing which phone you have, you can sometime connect your phones wifi directly to the printers wifi.

You can print on your home printer only if you are connected to your home network. On the road, the print app does not know how to reach your printer, moreover it is behind your home router.

Your home router might support VPN server where you "dial-in" from the outside into your home network. Then you install VPN client on your phone, and presto - your phone thinks it is connected to your home network.
