What PSU make and model is it? And depending on that information you might be able to use one of the low power gtx 950s in that system

Even if it is from any high end company like evga or corsair 280watts just cannot handle a gtx 950. Also it wouldnt be able to handle 750ti . You need to upgrade the PSU mate. Which CPU are you using ?

Nope you're wrong. 280W is enough for a 750 Ti. Depending on the system theirs a chance it can run GTX 950.
I had 280W Power supply and it ran a 750 Ti at full load perfectly.
