Question Can I put my Fujitsu motherboard in a different case

I have a Fujitsu e400 e85+ and It has a 250W PSU so I'm very limited to what gpu I can use and i only can use low profile cards. Can the (ultra small microATX) motherboard be used in a generic case.

Should be fine only if it's a mid-tower case. So check that out first. These cases support mATX screw holes. If you're talking about a slim computer case that you would see in an office or as the POS of a store, then it might not. You will be taking a gamble as there are so many variations and designs to these cases.

Right now I don't have an mATX case but I have another mATX motherboard and the screw holes look like they are the same.
