Can I Record Game on Xsplit Using i5 CPU?

Hello! Back here again. So I'm wondering If I could possibly record games like Black Ops 2, and later Advanced Warfare using an Intel Core i5-4690K. I would like to record in 720p in about 30 fps, but if I could boost it up to 60, that would be awesome!

Even 1080p with no problem. But that depends more on the gpu than on the cpu.
