Can i reinstall my OS without losing apps (2 HDD's)

Hello,i want to ask if i can reinstall my OS but still be able to use my apps installed now on PC,i have 2 HDDs so i would put OS on 1 hard and the other would remain like it is now with all apps,im curious if it would still be possible to use apps from second hdd if i boot them on windows from different hdd

Generally, no. You lose your apps because you wipe out the Windows registry. Apps have to be reinstalled to repopulate the registry. Stream games and a few other applications can survive but the general answer is you have to reinstall.
