Can I reinstall Windows 7 Pro with product key on PC?

I want to install Windows 7 Pro to my PC. I am currently using Windows 7 Enterprise, but the product key sticker in my PC says it is for Windows 7 Pro. I already have the Windows 7 Pro ISO, but my question is if can I activate Windows 7 Pro on that same PC with the product key on the sticker? It should work right?

If that license is not already used elsewhere, it should work.
This will require a full reinstall, but it should work.
