[SOLVED] Can I remove pin20 on DisplayPort?

Wondering if I can remove pin20 on DisplayPort and if I can remove it do I do both ends?
If I can’t then can someone give me a 19pin DisplayPort 1080p 144hz recommendation

Seems like that might be a problem only with crappy cables.

Don't buy crappy cables.
