Can I remove this CPU from my PC?

I have a dell Optiplex 7010 SFF and I was wondering if I could remove the processor from it.When looking at the technical guide book,it says the processor socket is N/A.I don't plan to replace the processor,just implement it into a new PC.Please refer to the picture for my issue.

Pretty sure you can remove the processor, as I don't know of any modern desktop in which you can't

Open it up and look, if it is soldered on (BGA) then you cannot remove it, if it's in a socket (LGA) then you can....

All of the parts in it are removable, but it might be a harder task because it is a small form factor case.

yes you should have no problems removing either the i5/i7 in there, just make sure you have a compatible motherboard that supports that cpu first, desktop cpus are never soldered in, also most laptops arent either
