I have an MSI GE72VR apache pro 009 that has a 60 Hz screen but the refresh rate hurts my eyes.

This screen looks like it'll work as a replacement but I don't know if I just replace the current panel with it if it would work right and if I'd get the full 120 Hz refresh. I've never done this before so any advice is helpful.

Hey even I have an ASUS FX553VD, I mostly play CSGO in it and the shift from 144hz 24in monitors to 15in 60hz monitors is pathetic, my laptop comes with an I7 processor and 4GB of Nvidia1050 GFX card. Can anyone tell me if I can replace my present laptop display with a 120hz display?
