Can I replace my i5-2500 with an i7 core?

So about a few months ago I got a Lenovo m91p SFF and I’ve been thinking of upgrading the CPU(i5 2500).

Can I switch the CPU(i5 2500) To an i7 on the Lenovo m91p SFF motherboard and the power supply running at 240 watts?

Alright, not a problem with the LGA 1155 Socket, will I be able to run this processor: (i7 3770)

The 3770 might need a BIOS update, so not sure if the board would support it. Not familiar with the board on your pc.
