Hey, I'm planning on buying this graphics card: https://www.gigabyte.com/Graphics-Card/GV-N108TAORUSX-W-11GD-rev-10-11#kf

But I would like to give a custom water loop a go in the future, if i were to buy this card would i be able to replace the cooler with an aftermarket GPU cooler like this one for example: https://www.pccasegear.com/products/40068?gclid=Cj0KCQjwxtPYBRD6ARIsAKs1XJ5W5BOM6SYtnvAKXa0qL4gStuFPQS2GbS8OtE1KBo516NRXvIe-CNgaAnAKEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds

I know you can replace the cooler if the card has the reference PCB form, but thats as far as my knowledge goes, this card has an ATX PCB form, is that the same as the reference NVIDIA 1080ti?

all help would be massively appreciated, thanks.

It is not a reference board, you'll have to buy a compatible block like this one:https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-fc1080-gtx-ti-aorus-nickel-rev-2-0. This block is compatible with the regular 1080ti aorus, so you can save some money with the aair cooled card.

So i cant just use any water block it must state its compatible with it?

also are you sure that block would fit the waterforce version? i would much prefer to get the waterforce edition for now, money isnt an issue.

thanks for the help :)
