I have a PC that I built a few years ago and I installed windows 10 on it. I decided to give the PC to my sister and build myself a new one. If I keep windows activated on my old PC, can I use the same key for my new one? I bought the key directly from Microsoft.

Only ONE active license per key. AND technically only if it isn't an OEM version of Windows. You would have to stop using the older install completely, and even better than that: uninstall/deactivate the key:

Sometimes, at least with Win10, IIRC, it will auto-deactivate the old install for you, but you're safer to manually deactivate it, just in case.

how do you remove license from another one ? i couldn't find it in microsoft account
