can i run 1440p?

ok so i want to buy this monitor,

i have

GTX660ti
FX8320
12GB ddr3 RAM
and a 24 1080p monitor

right now i can run skyrim with 55 60+ fps with ultra,
so i don't expect to be able to run it at ultra in 1440p but do you think in high or med can i run it
with Good FPS?
