Question Can i run 144hz Monitor ?

Hi i need help i want to buy a new monitor LCD monitor 24" Samsung C24FG73 but i have old motherboard and i dont know if it gona work on 144hz my motherboard p8z77-v lx or on tihis h170n-wifi.

It will work. The 144hz is really only going to matter, with regards to gaming. Resolution is what could matter.
