Can I run 1600 ram on a 1333 mobo

My mobo only supports 1333 ram max i believe, Is there any way i can use my 1600 ram in it?specs:

580 watt PSU

GTX 760 GPU superclocked

4GB DDR3 ram (1333 i believe)

Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200 2.33GHz

and my motherboard is an acer g45t g43t-am3 v1.0

When I put it in on my other dual channel it just beeps continuously ( 1 long beep ) and doesn't start up...

Yes, you could oc it to 1600.
