Seasonic S12II is a pretty bad unit. I wouldn't use it in any system with some serious dGPU.

I have been using it for 2 years + now with that build except cpu is ryzen 5 5600

I'm asking cause im already running that build with ryzen 5 5600 and i was thinking to upgrade it to 5700x3d so i was checking its possible to do so with that PSU or i need to upgrade PSU 1st ?

5700x3d has higher tdp , I wouldn't try it, I would go for a 650 watt

Hmmm thought i could upgrade GPU and CPU on that psu to avoid spending more cash 😀, I already upgraded from rx 6600 to 4060 ti 16 GB and undervolted it from 160w to 100 or less depends on the game
