Can I run a 2K 1440 WQHD 165Hz With my Current Rig?

I'm really enthusiastic about a monitor upgrade now that some of the prices are within reason. I'm hoping to be able to take advantage of WQHD non glare features. I want to be able to make sure that my current rig would be sufficient enough to experience good results in gaming, primarily gaming, but any media viewing. I'm not content creating or video editing or rendering.

Do I need to upgrade first? Check out my Rig.

MSI Optix GC27 1ms 144Hz Gaming Monitor
Aorus Gaming 7 Z370 Optane
Samsung EVO 970's
G.Skill 32gb 3600
Intel i7 8086K @ 5.0
Nvidia Aorus 1080ti Aorus Extreme about 1950

I can usually get about 110-145 Fps on medium settings for almost everything
Depending on the game configuration and settings and the developer- on /ulultratra about 70-85 fps

MSI Optix G32CQ4 QHD 1500R Curvature 16:9 Aspect Ratio Non-Glare Super Narrow Bezel 1ms 2560 x 1440 165Hz Refresh Rate Tilt Adjustment AMD FreeSync 32" Curved Gaming Monitor, Black
  • Curved Gaming display (1500R) – The best gameplay immersion
  • 165Hz Refresh Rate – Real smooth gaming
  • 1ms response time – eliminate screen tearing and choppy frame rates
  • WQHD (2560 x 1440) – Game titles will even look better, displaying more details due to the WQHD (2560 x 1440) resolution
  • Wide Color Gamut – Game colors and details will look more realistic and refined, to push game immersion to its limits
That's what I got b/c my current msi Optix 1080p monitor has done me no wrong, this new one has a nice function button in the back
PLUS - the very next "higher grade up" from this monitor shown was like more than $500 and I'm just not gonna spend that on a monitor unless I can get a 3000 series card
