Well guys heres my spec
Intel Core i5-3570K i dont overclock nooby at that stuff
AsRock Z77 Pro4 Motherboard
8GB DDR3 1600Mhz Corsair (8GBx1)
Radeon HD 7970 OC Boost - 3 GB GDDR5
1 Terabyte UDMA600
CORSAIR CX600M 600 W
Windows 8.1

i think my psu meets the requirement ,im buying a 120hz monitor aswell something soon
Any advice greatly welcome
 
Yes, it'll run the GTX780Ti but if you DO start to overclock I would suggest you get something with a 700Watt output.
Have to admit, if I were looking to get a card in that price bracket I'd have to think long and hard about that 7990, even games that don't fully support its "Crossfire on a card" design will run at the speed of a single HD7970!

 
That's true my HD 7990 in some games run as hd 7970 in those game I disable CF, but in metro last light and BF4 it's run double HD 7970 ' but you need a powerful and good brand PSU at least 750w
unfortunately I bought cheap PSU kentek 850w the hd 7990 run with low gpu usage but soon I will buy a good one
