No. You need a minimum 430w PSU for that card. Your 365w unit that's probably a cheap OEM model installed by the manufacturer most likely isn't even capable of sustaining the 365w it's rated at, much less what the card actually needs and will require.

Your case and motherboard should support a card of that size however.
