Here is my set up:

GeForce GT 755m ( SLI ) (combined is 4gigs)
i7-4700MQ @2.40 Ghz
16 gigs RAM

Can I run this game at 1080p with everything else on low at least? Right now I uncapped the frames by going into settings but the frame rate still is under 20 immediately after the opening cutscene. Are there any fixes for this? Also, was it a bad idea to buy a gaming laptop? I thought that with this set up i would at least be able to play games for 3-4 years on minimum settings at 1080p resolution. I get 60 fps on GTA 5 @ 1080p with normal everything, so will arkham knight be a problem or will they patch the optimization later?

Thanks

A lot of people are having problems with the PC port of Arkham Knight ATM (myself included), so the short answer is - no. On the upside, the problem isn't you, it's the crappy game optimisation. I suspect once they start patching the game, things will look up for both of us. I'm running - i5-4460, GTX 970 (OC), 8GB RAM, and I have to run on medium settings and still get stuttering. x.x

Look,if you get 1080p 60fps in gta 5 then don't worry about anything.batman arkham knight is one of the least optimized games I've ever played.I have sli 980tis and still get 30fps on 1440p :/ they will release a patch but for now I would recommend leaving it alone until thet update it.
