GPU : Nvidia Geforce 710M 2048MB ( External GPU ) / Intel HD Graphics 4000 Mobile ( Integrated )
RAM : 6GB (5.8 usable )
hdd : 750 GB

You will be able to play it but not on the ultra settings with playable frame rates. Im going to assume that on high you can get maybe around 40-45 fps if your lucky, but if you go to medium settings you can hit around 60 fps.

I think you'll be pushing your luck. The GPU is, at best, barely up to scratch. I'd also be concerned about the 1.8Ghz clock speed of your CPU, which again, is cutting things fine.
