is an i5 7400 and an 1050 2gb enough to run assassins creed origins on any setting at 1080p 30-60fps?

Yes, you will definitely be able to play the game at about 45 fps with low/medium settings. With those specs (and at least 8 gigs of ram) you'll be able to play most games at 1080p, 60fps at highish settings but assassins creed origins is extremely demanding and quite badly optimized for cpus. Therefore you'll only be able to play the game at those relatively low (but certainly playable) specs.
