Windows 64-bit

I ran Far Cry 3 perfectly on high settings and Black Flag also, considering it was poorly optimized.
I know my CPU is outdated, but how much is the processor really that much needed for games? Would i need to overclock it? I want to play Unity very, very much...so please give advices!

Thanks if you answer!

You could possibly run it, but newer games are requiring more cores. So a dual core should be ok but if you can upgrade the cup that would help. Also your GPU should be fine. You won't get amazing results but yo should be able to run it well enough to play.

I agree that my CPU is not good, but dont forget that the companies are always exaggerating with system specs before its release for marketing, like they did on Black Flag. I should have a twice better gpu to run it, but actually its perfectly normal. I ran Shadow of Mordor witouth any lags on high!

But yeah, i should upgrade my CPU, i guess.

Yes, the graphics card Should be good enough. The CPU is outdated but have a look at some other motherboards and processors. This will be a great investment for future games too.

I agree, I decided to buy a new processor and motherboard, and GPU for a year or two. Too bad Unity is doing this not only to me but many other gamers :) Thanks!
