Can I run bf3 and what settings/fps

Solution
Yes.
Carefully tweak the game settings like you normally would.

As for 1920x1080 it's possible that 1600x900 might be more optimal. You can however play around with all the settings though I believe "deferred AA" causes visual issues like muddy blacks in BF3.

*I suggest aiming for 40FPS average with VSYNC OFF. If screen tearing is too bad then perhaps aim for 30FPS at least 90% of the time (with VSYNC OFF at first) then force on Dynamic VSYNC with RadeonPRO. That will synch to 30FPS to avoid tearing but disable VSYNC automatically if you drop below 30FPS (you get stuttering if VSYNC is enabled but you drop below the target which is the point of Dynamic/Adaptive VSYNC).
what frequency is your ram? 1600, 1866, 2133??

i could play crysis 3 on high settings and high textures fxaa on a 8570d on 1280x1024 (30 FPS) i had 1866 mhz of ram and allocated 2gb to the 8570d

so if playing in the same resolution as mine you could crank up to high settings and turn of anti aliasing. of you are playing on 1920x1080 i would set the 8570 from low-medium.
