Can I run CSGO on this pc?

Specs:
CPU: Intel Celeron 1007U 1.5ghz (Dual Core)
Memory: 4GB DDR3 (3.89 GB Usable)
GPU: Intel HD Graphics 2500

Just wondering if I could play CSGO on this laptop, possibly on low settings.
Minecraft runs fine, but Fortnite can only push 10-20 fps...

Any answers are greatly appreciated!

Hey, according to game-debate.com your processor is at 82% of the minimum requirements. I don't think it will run.
