Can i run DOOM/Doom 4

processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3630QM CPU @ 2.40GHz

intel(R) HD Graphics 4000
NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M

Unfortunately i'm not sure a mobile computer of that age would be able to handle it.

Your CPU is probably OK, as you should be above the minimum Intel CPU & (possibly) close to the recommended Intel CPU.

Your problem is going to be your GPU. Even if it wasn't the mobile version, it doesn't perform as well as a 750Ti, & the 750Ti struggles at 1080p/Ultra. Maybe if you turn down the details and turn down the resolution, but it's going to be iffy.
