Can I run fallout 4?

Here are my pc specs, if you have a somewhat similar gaming pc, or just know what I should be able to run it on, let me know what settings, and what my fps should be at those settings.

Specs:
cpu: i5 4590
Ram: G.skill ripjaws 8gb
gpu: Sapphire radeon r9 285 itx compact OC edition (It's default clock speed is 928mhz, but I've been able to boost it up to 1049mhz)

Yes you should be able to run it fine on like 1920x1080...play with the settings if needed if you notice slowdown but you should be fine.

Also i believe the game launcher may auto determine the best settings based on your hardware.
