Can I run Fallout 4?

Hello,
I was wondering if I can run Fallout 4 with these specs: CPU = AMD Athlon II x4 650, GPU = XFX R7 370 4GB, RAM = 8GB. I noticed that my CPU barely meets the minimum requirements, but a lot of games seem to overestimate their minimum specs. My CPU can handle Planetside 2 at 30fps in heavy (200+) battles, and I can run Skyrim at 60fps, and 35fps in cities with JK's Skyrim mod installed.

I wasn't planning on upgrading my CPU anytime soon, because I just upgraded my GPU, and I can't spend any more money on a new CPU/motherboard right now. I was just wondering if I could get by with that CPU.

Yeah I wouldn't worry about it, you should be good to go as long as you aren't trying to run the game in like 2k resolution. I can guarantee you'll be able to run it on low, and medium. My friend plays with even worse specs.

I am just looking to run it at 30+ fps on 1080p medium. If I can get by with that I am fine. My GPU should be more than sufficient, its my CPU that's the bottleneck.

That cpu will struggle even my FX-6350@4.7ghz struggles quite a bit, for some reason fallout 4 does not like AMD cpu's. It will run it but expect to play on lower settings and their will likely still be frequent frame dips and stuttering. I can link you to some mods that might help performance on your system if you want.
