Can I run Fallout 4?

Hey I'm Buying my first gaming PC and I was wondering if the following will run Fallout 4:

Your cpu is far too weak and you also need 8gb RAM. So no

It should be playable if you lower down the setting with a combination of low and medium.

Basically, it is not that playable. Unreal's link is valid though.

The minimum specifications are a little exaggerated, but you basically should have a CPU with 4 threads and 8 GB of memory along with a decent video card (the GTX 950 will work fine on medium for 1080p).

If you switched to an i3 CPU and went with 8GB of dual channel memory, it would work pretty well. The CPU can still cause trouble when you play in outdoor areas using an i3 on the stock medium settings, though.
