what kind of fps can i expect at low,medium and high settings

My computer can play this game, atleast on low settings. You can probably expect medium or high depending on what resolution your screen has.

Actually the settings from ultra, high, medium,low doesnt to get any difference inless if you put on all AA and ambient occlusion or motion blur it will make a change.
