[SOLVED] Can I run games like Fortnite, Pubg , GTA V and stream them simultaneously with Ryzen 5 2600?

I have the budget to buy a Ryzen 5 2600,16 GB 3000 MHz Ram and a 1650 Super. Will I be able to stream and simultaneously run games like Fortnite,PUBG,GTA V, FAR CRY etc.?

If you use your GPU for the stream you can stream 1080/60 on a toaster.
If you want to use your CPU there are all kinds of problems,fortnite for instance can use up all threads for the game so it will interfere with the streaming no matter what.
