i ran on i5 dual Core with GTX660, but the major issue you have is not enough memory.
however, memory upgrade is not that big deal.
But dont expect to much, it will be more a pain with that CPU.
At least Steam now will refund your money in the first 2 weeks for any reason, such as it not being able to run on your PC. Itll run, but it will be a thoroughly disappointing experience, sorry it will be.

GPU : Gigabyte GTX 960 G1 GAMING
RAM: 16 GB RIPJAW X 1866MHZ
i only do gaming so a lower end cpu does me fine.

You have an i3, which means it has hyperthreading so windows recognizes it as 4 cores. The pentium on the other hand does not, and the OS recognizes it as a dual core. I know that Far Cry 4 has a problem with dual cores, but I'm not sure about GTAV( Far cry will just show a black screen)
