you can run GTA 5 on core 2 duo sure my cousin is also playing gta 5 in his core 2 duo E7500 but you need somethings like run it on low setting and second thing you need is to install Ragnos1997 low specs patch from this link http://ragnos1997.com/ragnotechclient/
this patch can upgrade fps for any processor mainly for core 2 duo 😉
