Can i run GTA V on this specs:
Intel Core 2 Duo E4500 @2.2GHz
Nvidia Geforce 210 1GB DDR3
2GB RAM DDR2 800MHz

How much i get fps on this specs?

I really doubt you'll be able to play GTA V on those specifications, unfortunately.

It is a really CPU intensive, and does require quite a bit of RAM and GPU usage for it to run, and unfortunately you're lacking on all of these, although your CPU may be able to run it on quite low FPS which can be deemed unplayable, 2GB of RAM is definitely not enough, and your GPU is quite aged, again, is not really up to the GTA V standards, unfortunately.

Specs are too low to even run it, let alone play it. At the very least, you would need twice the memory and much better GPU. And it would still lag horribly even on lowest settings.

You can run it currently? Wasn't expecting that 😛

The E8500 might bring a decent performance gain, from 2.2GHz to 3.16GHz, and is reasonably cheap, you may need to check your motherboard's manufacturers website to check if it is compatible.

4GB of RAM will help quite nicely, although you may still lag quite a bit on this game until you upgrade your GPU, even if it is to a GTX 1050, or a GTX 750Ti.

Even if he had 4GB of ram it still wouldn't help him for very long, especially at ddr2800 speeds.
That video card will help with the lag but you will need a better cpu/motherboard set to game well with GTA5.
You'll find out the hard way after a month when it is constantly lagging up and crashing your system.
